welcome

My name is Anika, and I have a deep fascination with the human body and mind and the natural world around us. I feel drawn toward origin and authenticity—toward aliveness, truth, and freedom.

After educating myself through the conventional pathway of science (physiotherapist, yoga, Ayurvedic nutrition coach, Western herbalism) and travelling the world for several years, I moved from Switzerland to Canada, seeking solitude, stillness, and clarity. I spent two winters in a cabin, surrounded by a herd of horses.

During this time, I put the books aside, began to slow down, and access intuitive knowledge more deeply. This process led me toward the nature inside—a sentient reality beyond scientific theory and belief systems.

Today, I dedicate my time to giving workshops in small groups and to living and farming in a regenerative way. My focus is on what remains when mental constructs soften and experience is met without judgment, through a relaxed body and a calm mind. Animals became reminders, nature within the mentor, and moving the body a gateway to a free way of perception. I aim to create a neutral space, be it for humans, our animals, or the garden. With the goal to remember what is held in each cell: living in harmony with oneself and the world.
