welcome

My name is Anika. My work is rooted in a deep fascination with the human body, horses, and native plants, and a lifelong draw toward origin and authenticity — toward what is true, free, and alive.

After studying the body through scientific and traditional approaches (physiotherapy, first aid, Ayurvedic nutrition, yoga) and working for several years, I travelled one-way from Switzerland to Canada, drawn by solitude and stillness. I spent two winters in a cabin caring for a herd of horses, where I put the books aside, began to slow down, refine perception, and access a deep calm.

This process led me toward nature within — a sentient reality beyond belief systems and methods.

Today, my focus is on what remains when mental constructs fall away and direct experience leads through a relaxed body and a clear mind. Animals became mirrors, inner nature the mentor, and movement the gateway to a deeper, liberating reality. Through Quiet Ground, I aim to hold a calm, neutral space that invites a remembering held in each cell: living in harmony with oneself and the world.

Calm and soft. Rooted in simplicity.
