quiet ground

welcome
My name is Anika and I have a deep fascination with the human life, horses, and native plants. I feel drawn toward origin and authenticity — toward truth, freedom, and aliveness.

After studying the body through scientific methods (physiotherapy, first aid, Ayurveda, yoga, Western herbalism) and working and travelling for several years, I moved from Switzerland to Canada, seeking solitude and stillness. I spent two winters in a cabin, surrounded by a herd of horses. During this time I put the books aside, began to slow down and access a deep sense of calm.
This process led me toward nature within — a sentient reality beyond belief systems and concepts.
Today, my focus is on what remains when mental constructs soften and experience is met without judgment, through a relaxed body and a quiet mind. Animals became mirrors, inner nature the mentor, and movement the gateway to a deeper, liberating perception. Through Quiet Ground, I aim to hold a neutral space that invites experience. To remember what is held in each cell: living in harmony with oneself and the world.
