Hi,

my name is Anika Flammer, and I have a deep fascination with the human life and the natural world around us. I feel drawn toward origin and authenticity—toward aliveness, truth, and freedom.

After studying the conventional pathway of science (physiotherapy, yoga, Ayurvedic nutrition, Western herbalism) and travelling the world for several years, I moved from Switzerland to Canada, seeking solitude, stillness, and clarity. I spent two winters in a cabin, surrounded by a herd of horses.

During this time, I put the books aside, began to slow down, find my breath, and to access intuitive knowledge more deeply. This process led me toward nature inside—a sentient reality beyond scientific theory and belief systems.

Today, I dedicate my time to exploring the relationship between soil, the body and health. I began hosting events on the farm for people to reconnect with themselves through movement and nature. My focus is on what remains when mental constructs soften and experience is met with an open perception. I aim to create a joyful and nourishing experience, be it for humans, our animals, or the garden. With the goal to remember what is held in each cell: living in harmony with oneself and the world.
